If you want to plan your own wedding, but are looking for creative ideas and advice, we are here for you.  You choose the areas where you would like assistance, and we will be there for you by the hour.

Velvet Box                       

If you have always dreamed of planning your own wedding, but want someone there at your rehearsal, ceremony and reception to see your plans to fruition, then this package is for you.  We call this package – Day of Coordination.  After an initial consultation to learn more about you and your plans, we will meet with you three additional times so that we can get up to speed on the products and services that you have selected.  This enables us to be ready when your big day arrives, so that we can ensure that everything goes according to your wishes.  Prior to your wedding, we provide you and each of your vendors with an order of events that walks everyone through your celebration, and re-confirm time, location and expectations with each and every person who will be providing products and services for your wedding.  We will conduct a rehearsal to prepare everyone for their roles in your ceremony, and will be there to coordinate and prompt you through every part of your ceremony and reception.  We handle all the little details, and when problems arise, we solve them in such a professional manner that you and your guests will probably not even be aware they were ever taking place.  At the end of it all, we ensure that all your valuables and keepsakes are carefully packed and returned to a person designated by you.  You just enjoy the day and walk away! 

Gold Box           

Think of this as an interactive package.  We provide you with an initial consultation to learn more about your personal taste, budget and product and service needs.    After our initial consultation, you will receive up to 8, 1 hour planning sessions to help you find the products and services you are looking for, review your vendor contracts, and provide recommendations and problem solving information that will help you negotiate and arrange details with each of your wedding vendors. We also help provide guidance that will assist you in staying on budget and help you to develop a timeline. This package also includes the coordinating services that are included in the Velvet Box package. 

Platinum Box            

This package is for the bride and groom who want it all.  It is also the most appropriate package for brides and grooms who are planning a destination wedding from afar. After your initial consultation, we will provide you with a customized wedding planner, assist you with vendor selections, meet with vendors on your behalf or attend appointments with you present, and negotiate contracts to ensure that you get the most for your money.  Most of our clients find that they end up saving a significant amount of money when they invest in this package.  You have the option of receiving monthly updates or personalized meetings to keep you abreast of the latest developments, and we will meet with each vendor prior to your wedding to ensure that everything goes according to your wishes.  We will also assist you with planning your guest list, selecting, printing and mailing wedding invitations,  tracking your guest responses, provide personal shopping services to help you acquire the products and supplies you need, provide maps, brochures and visitor information for your guests, arrange guest accommodations and activities and provide pick up and delivery service for necessary items.  This package also includes all of the Day of Coordinating services that are included in the Velvet Box.
